Lets play a game. You know when you go through the alphabet naming food (e.g. apple, banana, carrot etc), well how about the A to Z of Reasons to Own a Deerhound? Just add your suggestion to this thread and if we get to Z there's no reason not to get another Deerhound!

A - Athletic

I think that B would have to be beautiful, as no dog in my opinion could surpass them for rugged , noble, beauty. Equally it could be bouncy...

D would be for devotion and they are devine

F= I'll keep this clean! Fast, fantastic, flipping fantastically fast, hows that?

G is for Grand, gracious, graceful and generally great

"H" has to be HILARIOUS!

"I" is for Intelligent, also Industrious which they are when digging holes in the lawn. They can also be Idle on occasions.

J = Jet-propelled, Juvenile, Jewels. Sally

K is for kind, Kinetic and "kaotic"

"L" has to be lazy, lethargic, loveable, but most of all "Life-Enhancing".

M is for magical, mystical and moochy

N = Neurotic nutters! Nimble, nifty

"O" for Oomph, OTT, Olympian, Observant, Outstanding, sometimes obstinate.

P is for Perfect, Personable, Priceless Pal.

Q = Quick and Quirky.

R would have to be for Racey, regal and royal

I'm afraid S will have to be for Stubborn, ever so slightly Silly and certainly Sleepy.

T will be for tender , terrific , theatrical , tall .
