There is an updated version of the forum software available (fireboard). I've installed it on a backup of this site that I run to another domain and it seems to fix a lot of the problems and bugs.
Its more of a migration than an upgrade and I will have to take the whole site offline to do the work, probably a couple of hours or so to backup, upgrade and test. I'm hoping to do the work next week 28th/29th between 9am and 5pm GMT.
I'll put more details up prior to doing the work. I think this is worthwhile, I've been toying with the idea of using totally different forum software, but I think we will try this updated version and see how it goes.

I've upgraded the forum now, hopefully a lot of the pictures will display better for those with Internet Explorer 6 and below. No end of other bugs should be fixed.
Any problems, please let me know.
The upgrade went really well until about half way through when one of the dogs had a bit of an accident. I'm now dizzy with Dettol fumes...
