I feel I may have lost my pups home in France due to vets advice which I've been informed could have been wrong.
The pups not going due to 'the prospective owners poor health' though this could have been down to the fact that a Rabies blood test took 7 weeks to return !
The vet knew the pup was going to France to live and informed me I needed ;
1) a micro chip
2) a Rabies Jab.
3) a test result.
4) a passport.
I have since been told I only needed a chip ,jab and passport if the dog was staying there though if the dog was going on holiday a possitive test result would have been needed to return .As my vet waffled abit when asked about this I'm worried this might have been the case ! the test was 76pounds and took 7 weeks to return !!
Does anyone know if the test was needed ?
