Looks like it worked this time!!!! Doh!
These are pics of Skippy at 13 wks.
He is not a full DH but I believe he is 75% DH 12.5% Greyhound 12.5% collie.
Skippy lives in Wales and enjoys digging and chasing stuff.
He has a very inquisitve nature leaving no corner of the house unturned.

Skippy's home is about 15 miles north of Carmarthen,
with access to plenty of fields, woodland and rivers.
This pic shows his brindle markings.
He has more than filled the gap left by Bert our deerhound greyhound X and Snorky a whippet collie X who both went to the playing field in the sky in the last 2 years.
Life was just too dull without a hound and Skippy popped up just at the right time...

not too far from us - we live in Pembrokeshire (Pembroke Dock). I know what you mean about live being too dull without a hound. Not long after my husband died our lurcher died and because there was too much grief I could not bear to have another hound but I then took on Alfie, a rescued lurcher and have somehow ended with 5 hounds! I so much prefer them to most people and they are my life

I know a little place called Llanlynog, is that near you?
Skippy is beautiful, just the exact type of Lurcher I was looking for, before we got Murphy.

Hi Dave, Welcome to the site.

Skippy is a great looking hound, I love to see brindle deerhound Xs. I think it's such a shame that full Deerhounds don't come in that colour.
I'm sure your going to have lots of fun with him.

Years of fun in the offing....
