Hi all,
My name is Mike and I live in Shropshire, UK.
I have a 5 yr old, big bouncy deerhound called Safir.

I have a bit of a problem that i was wondering if anyone could help me out with.
My new job occasionally requires me to travel to the North London area (Hendon),
and I was wondering if there were any deerhounders in either that area , or near Shrewsbury / Oswestry in Shropshire who would be able to provide me with an ad-hoc dog sitting service while I am in London. I would much prefer to leave him with people who know and are sensitive to deerhounds little ways.

If anyone would be willing to or knows anyone who would be willing to help me on this matter I would be most grateful.

I know how you feel Mike, we havent had a holiday for 5 years because of our big bouncy dog!
I live 8 miles away from Hendon but unfortunately I have to work myself, don't live in a mansion
or have kennels built, or he would have been welcome, sorry I can't help, good luck with finding someone.

there is a place at Mill Hill that may be able to help out ,will look them up and get back to you

Hi Mike,

My Wife and I live in denbighshire , North Wales. It's about 60 miles north of Shrewsbury, but if your stuck we can accomodate.
We have 4 dogs including a 2 year old Deerhound called Macleod and 4 Acres of mixed grassland and woodland.
We regularly take in the odd dog because we raw feed and lots of owners struggle find kennels that do. Let me know if you think we can help.
