TOPIC: T-shirts

T-shirts 3 years, 1 month ago #10154

I know we all joked about the 'No its not a wolfhound', 'No I dont have a saddle for them' etc, etc tshirts but I would really like one! Anyone got ideas about what to put on them, cost etc for these? Gill

Could put "It's a Deerhound, not a Shetland Pony" as that's another comment I seem to have had a lot of lately. Or even "It's a Wolf, not a donkey".

Seriously though, I think we need something very witty.

I'd definately have one so long as the price wasn't extortionate.

I'd really like a t shirt that says "No it's NOT a Wolfhound". I'd even buy a few to hand out to friends!

and me!!

I was at a show and lots of dogs were sniffing Murphys butt and he was getting fed up with it, so he would let off the odd growl. Then a Wolfhound decided to have a sniff, Murph turned round to growl, swallowed and thought twice. He was huge, but he was the same colouring. I would have loved to have had their pics taken together, then put on a T shirt and the next person that said "Is he a Wolfhound" I could have just said no, this is!

There's an army base a mile or so down the road from us. A Royal Irish regiment are based there and guess what, yesy they have an Irish Wolfhound as the regimental mascot. I understand that he's quite famous and has been on the TV news on several occasions, he's a local celebrity as well.

Whenever I'm out walking Ben these days someone always mistakes him for the Regimental mascot so I guess a T-shirt stating he's not a Wolfhound would be quite useful.

I'm a Scottish Deerhound

"Yes, he is big
No, he's not a Wolfhound
Yes, he is big
No, he's not a pony
Yes, he is big
No, he doesn't eat a lot
Yes, he is big
No, he doesn't take up much room (I live in a flat and drive a small hatch-back car)
Yes, he IS BIG!"

(Nor is he a German Afghan, Giant Airedale, Greyhound Cross or a Beerhound...)

I’m on the case, just mega busy right now, 2 - H & S reports to complete & my show “Redditch & district CS” closing was Monday (lot of paperwork & organising to do in the two weeks prior to the show). I will get an idea of the prices ASAP – not sure on posting – suppose some can be delivered via the showgroungs.

Thanks for that, absolutely no rush just wondered where we were upto, we still need to finalise design & numbers/sizes. Another option that might be worth considering could be getting the T-shirts made up via e-bay - just a thought - this could simplify distribution/purchase/payment especially for those outwith GB .
hope your show organising is going well & you can spend some time enjoying this good weather while it lasts.
