Chris and I are taking Eris, Logan, Lily, Merlot, Daisy May and Elsie Grey to Cornwall for a holiday We will be in Falmouth from Monday 17th August-Sunday 23rd.

It would be great if any of you lived near Falmouth, so we could meet up, or if anyone knows of any fun dog shows going on and the best places to take our gang for their gallops etc

We will be out and about all around Cornwall, so hope to meet some of you lovely folk and your hounds, that would make our holiday even better

This is such a good idea to arrange meeting points. If I lived anywhere nearby I'd surely join you both in a drhd walk. What fun! Remember your cameras so you can post some pictures of the deerhounds and their new friends.

We have that week off and nothing planned yet so maybe we could venture down that way.

I wish I was going to Cornwall, my favourite part of the country. Where are you staying that takes 6 dogs? Apparently you have to watch the sheep! I hope the weather is nice for you.

As long as the weather is dry, as we plan to do some walking with the dogs so we wont want the sun blazing, (well I do for a tan. If we have time we could pop over to Wales, I have not see much of it I have only been to a show there.It will be good to see all the dhs together. The locals are used to strange things on Bodmin moor I believe.

Feeling very sad...... No Cornwall...... Elsie Grey decided to come into Season! I wouldn't mind so much, but she was due her 2nd season end of last April....Not Now Daft dog! She would be right in the middle of it and can't risk the boys trying to seduce her Oh well, maybe next year!

We are going to go to a dog friendly campsite near Bude, if anyone is in that area. It might be fun to meet up.

Elsie Grey is in THE DOGHOUSE We were sooooo looking forward to our holiday!!!! She obviously did not fancy a Cornish holiday!!
