Hi all!! Thought I would write this here rather than in my introduction thread. Just wanted to tell everyone about my genius puppy!!! We got him two days ago and he has now stopped having accidents in the house . We are being quite firm, but fair with him, but so far haven't had to tell him off for anything! He is so well behaved and he just wants to please all the time. He learned to sit before crossing the road after telling him just three times!! clever puppy!! We love him so so much.

Just out of interest has anyone done the kennel club puppy foundation? We are thinking of doing it with Jack, although it seems very basic and he is learning so quick it might not be necessary, thinking it is just a good way of socialising him a little more (we are doing anything we can to socialise him at the moment).

I didn't do KC puppy foundation, but I did have a go at the bronze with Lyra at a show purely out of interest and to my surprise and delight, she passed it easily. It's worth having a go, if you get the chance.

I did not do the puppy foundation but Eris has done bronze and silver I might go for gold when I find the time. Merlot the whip got his bronze a couple of months ago. So I will start the pups off this winter but I will put them in bronze as they are a year old today.
