I have 'Brylach Macclintock' at home and after showing with great pride(regardless of judges comments at times)'Flint' is to be joined by 2 pups from the next 'Brylach litter'. Four years since the last litter. Two weeks and counting before they are collected from Bonny Scotland and are brought to Newcastle! We have waited awhile but will be worth it! Hope to see you all at the shows again next year!!

How exciting!

I was so pleased to hear charlie and Moira have at last had a litter, I so respect these two club members who have bred some outstanding Deerhounds.and have really contributed to our lovely breed. I know some older members who have contributed so much to the breed over many years, have put of having a litter as they were concerned at the number of puppies now being bred, and how hard it is to find them good suitable homes.
If any members deserved a litter it was Charlie and Moira am so pleased for them.

One of the most beautyful deerhound girls I have met was from Brylach - a female called Meg ( forgot for the moment her full name ) , she immigrated to Canada with her incredibly nice owners some years ago and it was a joy to have met her and worked a bit with her when she had some neck problems once. Yep , photos will be very much appreciated !

Hi thanks for your lovely comments about Charlie and Moira.Mum is Brylach Macbeth and Dad is Dorrator Gethen. I am looking forward to the pups coming home. They have had the best start and with Charlie and Moira only a phone call away I have the best backroom team I could wish for. They both know so much and have a long history with this breed I cant take in all they know. Charlie and Moira only have the dogs welfare at heart which is how it should be! Lets hope the judges the pups go under are as knowledgable!!!!

They were stunning were they not, Charlie looks great in the photo he and Moira had some lovely hounds am so pleased they have had a litter really am.

And the father was very nice when I judged him as a " Wee Bairn", lovely bloodlines

Thanks everyone for your pics and comments. I will be in Keith this time next week to collect the pups and so will pass on your messages. The picture of Charlie hangs proudly on their wall and was also turned into a painting. It was one of the many stories Charlie told me while I was up visiting them recently,they are a walking Deerhound library. Will post more pics of 'Ginny' and 'Sirius' when i get them home.

Hi all, I packed and ready to head off to Keith in the morning. Leaving Newcastle about half 4 in the morning. Should be with Charlie and Moira,( and hounds) by ten. Will have pups home on sunday! So excited I can't wait..... watch this space for photo's!!!

Hi all, Ginny and Sirius been home for 24hrs now. They travelled well(no mess), and slept canny over night! They eating well and have settled into our mad house, other hounds and cats accepted them brillantly! Will post photos asap!!

They look gorgeous Jo,can't wait to come and see them for a cuddle!
