Thanks Newcastle very clean place and cheap to eat out and go on the Metro. My course lecturer's wife has a Deerhound they live in Scotland and she way brought from Scotland as a pet. Her name is Lottie longlegs I believe. I just wondered what the breeding was. Small world.

Only Lottie that I can find is "KILBOURNE LOTTIE AT MODHISH". Sire is Kilbourne Fife, Dam is Gentom Harvey Hanna. I don't suppose thats the dog if it came from Scotland.

Newcastle is my home city wonder if you got down to the quay side its lovely especially around dusk when they light up the millenium bridge and as always the tyne bridge looks fantastic any geordie will tell you that the sight of this bridge symbolises home, that area also has some fantastic resturants especially Italian. I also have a dog called Lottie shes x whippet aged about 17 she lives happily with meg the x terrier and lana the deerhound. Glad you enjoyed your stay in Newcastle think we might go to quay side for a meal tonight.
