Ben seems to be getting to be quite a shopper, whenever I take him to town he drags me into the pet store as we walk past. After introducing himself to the shop assistant and getting made a fuss of, he walks around the store rumaging through all the bins until he locates a treat that takes his fancy. He then looks up at me and I purchase a quantity of the selected morsel.

He's tried to do the same in the butchers where its not appreciated so I have to be extra wary that he doesn't drag me in there. He also gets diappointed when he can't come into the supermarket with me and has to wait in the car.

Hey, never mind shopping, this is to all the ladies out there!

I took Murph for a long road walk the other day and I saw this car pull up in a lane and the bloke was smiling at me - drop dead gorgeous he was, young, tall, blonde, nicely dressed.

I carried on walking but he called me (who me?), turns out he has a Wolfhound and he stopped to ask questions about Murphy, we chatted for ages, well, he chatted, I drooled

Then he said "It would be nice to meet up for a walk" I came home and told hubby, well, bragged that I got chatted up thanks to having a babe magnet for a dog. He said "Did you say yes, my husband and I would be up for a walk?" Don't be silly, what husband, I didn't mention the fact that I had 3 kids or a newborn grandson either!

I think it was the dog he was interested in, but hey, did wonders for my ego!!!

on todays walk, i was stopped by 3 lads out walking there lurchers and terriers,
ended up chatting for quite a bit about working lurchers and stuff like that,
whilst the dogs were having a play.

Dream on Helen, I've often dream of meeting up with a lovely woman who likes DH's. I seem to get to chat with quite a few but alas never see them again.

Murray hates shopping as he usually ends up having all the carrier bags piled up around him - I tried putting some shopping in the boot with Carys but by the time I got home she'd bitten through 3 cartons of long life milk and the boot was swimming in milk

Ben hates sharing the back of my car with anything, won't get in unles he's got it all to himself. I have to put the shopping by the passenger seat in the front of the car.
