TOPIC: Vets on TV tonight

Vets on TV tonight 1 year, 10 months ago #26598

Panorama BBC tonight (thurs 22nd jULY 2010) will be an undercover investigation about vets. I think this will be upsetting but might be worth seeing for all of us who sometimes have to leave our trusting friends in these places....

I watched it - I think they made a bit of a mountain out of a molehill - there's always someone out there willing to rip you off if you let them. In my experience most vets are good guys.....

Tey did a panorama style documentry on Medivet. Showing how they treat animals behind the scenes and the tricks they used to bump up peoples bills. They showed the one in Watford where my greyhound was put to sleep.
A friend had a puppy with diorreah last year, Medivet charged them over £700 to keep her in for a few days and rehydrate her!!!
