He is lovely.

No he lived in Kennels spending occasional time in the house. We only had a couple of accidents and he did the rest himself.....guess we were just lucky.

What a clever lad I bet he is loving the cosy settee!! He has obviously been reared very well indeed. Out of interest does the place where you got him have many older deerhounds for sale. Do you pay full price for an older dog or a bit more or less. I can see the appeal.

You know it was only the last few days that he would actually go on the sofa and now you cant get him off or away from the front of the fire in the evenings.
Having an older dog fits in with us as we foster young children for the local authority so having little ones and puppies would be hard work.
Not sure if they have any others for sale or not. I think I got Twist as she was stopping breeding/ showing with him and Glenis knew me from when I got Odelle from Taryn as I delivered a couple of dogs to her on my way home. She wanted a pet home for him where he could be in the house. After getting Odelle I fell in love with the breed and the rest was just good timing really.
You could google Kilborne Kennels and get their details but I know that they will want you to go visit before agreeing to sell a dog to you that they have had for a few years (Twist is 3 1/2). I cant really coment on price, I think it depends on the circumstances etc.
