TOPIC: weather extremes

weather extremes 3 years, 3 months ago #6647

Well our snow in Hertfordshire has finally gone, only we are now swimming in water, literally. I drove from Watford to Oxfordshire today and by the time I got to Buckinghamshire, it was a blizzard, as I arrived in Thame, they too had bucket loads of water on the fields.

Such weird weather extremes.

Yes indeed, there was still snow on the ground yesterday and they forecast a very severe blizzard overnight. Woke up this morning and the snow had all virtually gone and its been much warmer with lots of sunshine.
