I wonder if anyone can answer my question.
My Deerhound had a very fuzzy grey coat and last year I stripped it
out, as advised by others. It took forever to grow back (and forever to strip out!), but it has grown back white with black tips. I will post a photograph tomorrow so you can see what I mean.
It is nice and harsh and wiry, it is just he has a white parting along his spine. The rest of the coat is a nice grey/black colour.
He now resembles a badger. Does anyone have experience of this, if so, would stripping it out again make it grow back a decent colour?
