Today we met a young greyhound at the beach. She is 5-6 months, and my penticton is 8 months, so they were able to play quite well = run of course.

At the beach, there is water of course, and that is only some 2°C at the time. Appearently that did not disturb them.

My borzoi Jaroff enjoyed it too, but he feels to proud to play with the children, so he took a run on his own. A litle like the Concorde, with the sharp nose, isnt he?

By the way, he does have legs.

Great photo of the Borzoi jumping, or should I say flying!

Lovely to meet other running hounds when you are out, gives them a lovely run!!

I'll have to stick to playing hide and seek or football with Murphy!!

Great pics, there's nothing like running dogs playing, so different to any other group and exciting/nervewracking for the owners as accidents do occur, but its what they were born to do.

What lovely pics of brother Penticton and his sweet friend and a brilliant one of Jaroff . Glad to see them that happy - here one I took of ( Penticton's ) sister Hermione last week , running through our -still - deep snow in B.C. . They are fast and playful siblings....

Lovely photo's My girls run on the beach nearly every day. If they meet up with other sight hounds...oh the joy of the chase People stop to watch them, as they run at great speed & of course do tend to show off if there is an audience
