A couple of picks of Badger. 18 wks old and 25 in, growing everytime I blink :)Today he is sporting his new beard which he has spent the week cultivating.

Well its not often we get a pause, but he was busy soaking up the sun while I pruned the apple tree. I grabbed the camera and snapped these and then went in to make a cup of tea and was just thinking how good he was being when he reappeared carrying one of my maran hens. :)They were both a bit confused, but delivereed to hand unharmed. I think he looks most regal - but I'm a bit biased.

He does look very regal. Probably less so with a chicken hanging out of his mouth

You know what? Those are textbook ears; so tiny and well carried. You don't often see ears like that.

Thanks for all the lovely comments. He is from Southern Irish working stock. Ive sent off for the 5 gen Pedigree to IKC and will put up the details when they arrive. Will be at Newbury on Sun (can't make Saturday).

Is he one of the pups shane breed ?
i remember seeing pictures of the litter, think there related to the doxhope line.
