Hi can any one help. I've been trying to get a pic on avatar but info keeps telling me pic is too big, as I only have pics on computer I have downloaded from my camera I don't no how too resize or alter them, help!! I am not a computer wizz or anything like that so things have to very straight forward for me!!

Hi Annette, do you have any software programs that came with your camera, they should be able to resize your image. There may also be a program that came with your PC. Try looking at Start, Programs and see if there are any photo editor or image tools loaded.

Neither can I. I have worked out how to downsize them in iphoto, that's the easy part. After hours of trying to navigate round the site I still can't find the "post pic here" bit. It's partly why I have yet to write my profile (not to mention the fact that my telco has been stuffing me around, because I was silly enough to want to go wireless and network), and I really should.

Hi Robb,
As you can see have managed to put a pic on avatar! not the best of Lana but it was taken on a mobile phone so I thought it might fit, might try and get a better pic on at a later date.
