TOPIC: Any silly presents??

Any silly presents?? 2 years, 4 months ago #17633

so have any of you, or your hounds, had anything silly from santa??

Leah got Steve a mouse-mat with her photo on (she's very clever you know!)

and she and Skoll got me a recipe book for cooking pet food

had a quick flick through, some of the snack biscuit ideas looked possibly do-able, but somehow I don't think they'll be getting "fi-fi's fish supper" or "ted's pasta delight"

My Son and daughter in law bought me a bread maker and they know I'm not much of a cook, as I only cook to survive. Can't think what they're trying to tell me. Thinking of putting it on eBay.

I had a small water pistol in a cracker which should be great for getting ben off the sofa when I want to relax.

Bread makers are great, you just chuck everything in and let it do its job,
there easy to use.

Didnt realy get anything silly - as more or less knew what i was getting,
although my little brother did get me a crystal thing that says luck on it lol,
I'd told him to get me something from the ethnic emporium.

I did get a telescope which was really cool. Unfortunately the sky here is really overcast, I'd just focused it on the moon and then the cloud rolled in so I'll have to be patient.

Mym Mum asked me ifmy husband would like The Godfather DVD collection, then gave it to me

My son got me coasters......with Murphy and Paddy on them, very pleased with them. How thoughtful

Not a silly present, but my first grand baby is arriving as we speak! What are the odds of going into labour the due date....Christmas Day! Oh the excitement, we can't sleep now!

Not silly but a little freaky. My sister in Perth WA sent me a paper weight with a giraffe on it (very nice it is) and my sister here gave me a the same paper weight with a different design...another giraffe. Unbelievable!!

A 7lb 10oz baby boy born today at 3.20pm. He is in special care but is ok, just had problems breathing at first. Haven't managed to see him yet, but will do tomorrow. Definitely a great present
