Unfortunately we got hail with it......



this is in my Son's hand, he does not have small hands, there were hundreds like this in our garden, my car has dents all over it ( who cares ? it is only a car.... ), even so we were lucky.
A suburb 3 or 4 miles from us had lots of smashed windscreens, smashed roof tiles, ceilings collapsed..... many roads in CBD look like rivers, public transport in chaotic melt-down.
When the weather lets go here it really goes.......

Gosh that is amazing. I remember visiting Germany once when I was very young and asking why someone had hit a car over and over again with a hammer as it had dents all over it. The man laughed and said it was hail stones. Very scary how big they get.

I saw it yesterday in the news! Looked awful. What a luck, it was only the car. Is that weather what you are used to it every year at this time?

The last sunday whe were thinking about starting our first barbecue, today we have -8 C and a lot of snow.

Glad it was only the car that got damaged, sounds like there will be a few "new car" bargains happening with the Hail Sales . The footage is incredible. We have been lucky down here. We had rain today which was wonderful but no storms.
