We have entered Freya so will be there - more for experience for her, and for us, than in expectation! Looking forward to meeting more deerhounds and owners as we don't see many dogs where we live and certainly no deerhounds. We have been to one other show at Wood Green and were amazed at how different all the deerhounds were.

Yes, she is entered for puppy bitch class. Looking forward to meeting you and other DHs and owners. We met some super and helpful folk at our first show at Woodgreen, which made it a really pleasant day. It is good to be able to put faces to the names on the forum. See you next week

Thanks folks we had a lovely day. Alan and Sally qualified 2 out of the 3 pups and the third pup came 4th so it was close. Mallie also won her class for them. So they had a great day too. Charlotte handled Lochan beautifully.

It was nice to see people and say Merry Christmas etc.

Well done to all her siblings from Freya (- perhaps Freya will grow into a swan!) Enjoyed the day - hadn't realised what a big event it would be. Even better for John who got back just in time to his rugby to see the SAINTS win as well. Well done to all who were placed and I hope everyone just enjoyed watching and meeting lots of lovely deerhounds as we did.
