Just a note to let you know about the Redditch and District Canine Society on 15th May 2010, at the sports connexion, Ryton on Dunsmore, Coventry CV8 3FL, UK.

There are three deerhound classes puppy, post graduate and open.

The schedule and entry form are available on line at www.arenaprint.co.uk and entries close 19th April.

Sure to be a good show - the catch is that it's my first judging appointment!

Well thank you very much Redditch and District for putting on such a good show. I enjoyed my judging experience but still so much to learn and to improve. For example, I only had two critiques to write but even with that realised I needed a better system. My writing is eligible at the best of times and it just got worse. Much admiration for our experienced judges - it's easier said than done.
