Is anybody going to the show on Sunday, I have the whippet entered but not the Deerhound she has not grown her coat since the pups.

Haven't entered any shows as Murphy's coat isnt good at the moment either!

Sorry I should have said Wood Green animal shelter in Huntingdon. Nr. Cambridge. Mary Girling is judging best in show.

Oh right, there is a Wood Green in North London that is why I asked! Thought it a bit strange, not much greenery around there!!

We will be there with Fergal who is entered in puppy and Callie who will just be keeping
him company.

I knew as soon as I said saddleback you would know me! Actually I've just lightly stripped him again it grew back black first then white at the roots???? I t looked like he had died it and had regrowth! What an odd dogs coat he has, so it is now grey. Hopefully it will stay grey now, just waiting for it to thicken up, a few more frosts and it should do.
His coat has been a real bug bear of mine, none of the others in his litter had a coat like his, nor his Mum or Dad!

Hi everyone - I have just got my first Deerhound (he is great & my Leonberger loves him too!) & am looking forward to sunday to seeing them all and finidng out more about them.

Does anyone know what time it starts as I am tring to find more infor about it (have been told by a friend) but now sure on times.

there's abit more info about the show re running order and rings etc. This is at the Hound Club of East Anglia's web site. Clare Churchill is juding the deerhounds.
