Sorry you are having troubles. The most common cause of problems when posting pictures to the forum is that the picture is over the size limit of 2MB, if its from a modern digital camera then that is probably the problem.
Its fairly simple to resize a picture once you get the hang of it. If you email it to yourself using outlook you should be asked if you want to make the image smaller. You could then post the picture you emailed yourself. Alternatively there is some very good and simple software from Microsoft here..

Assuming you now have an image that is small enough in size to post. You need to either start a new thread or post to an existing one. Underneath the box you type your message into should be a browse button next to the words 'Select Image file to attach' you need to click this and find your picture. Then click on the Img button. This will insert a tag saying img into your post. That is where your picture will appear when you click on submit.
You don't get to see your picture until after you have posted, which is a pain, but its just how it goes.
